Admission Process

Parents considering enrollment of their child into our school are invited to visit the school during school hours where they will meet with an administration officer and/or a teacher. After you have paid us a visit and we have answered your questions regarding enrollment you will receive a Student Registration Form. Placement is secured after filling out the Student Registration form and payment of the enrollment fee.

For families who cannot afford the full school fee the ‘Yayasan Rumah Alfred Foundation’ provides full or partly scholarships. Fees are then based on parents’ income. Scholarships only apply to Indonesian citizens.

 
Families still living abroad at the time of registration can still enroll their child by filling out the online Student Registration Form. The online Student Registration form does not contain the complete required enrollment information so you will be asked for further information to complete the admission process at your first visit to our front office. Window to the World will hold a position for your child during this procedure.
Placement is secured only after payment of school fees.

The school fee for the academic year 2018 - 2019 for kindergarten is IDR 4.500,000
The school fee for the academic year 2018 - 2019 for elemenatry school is IDR 6.500,000
